Welcome to our site. Sphinx Associates is one of only two RICS Chartered Surveyors in the Gambia bound by the rules and regulations of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Established in 1996 as a Quantity Surveying practice we offer practical property, valuation and construction services for projects in the Gambia and overseas working within the RICS guidelines for these services.

Sphinx Associates has been involved in many construction projects over the past years and established a complementary working relationship with clients both in the Residential and Commercial sectors.
